Second war Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada pin-back sweetheart brooch in sterling silver and blue enamel. It features the diamond-cut star of the Order of the Thistle, a central St. Andrew's cross, a surrounding thistle wreath, and is topped by a King's crown. The top scroll reads "THE BLACK WATCH". The motto in the central ring reads "NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT" (Latin for "No one provokes me with impunity", the historic motto of the Oder of the Thistle and the regiment). The bottom scroll reads "ROYAL HIGHLAND REGT OF CANADA". The back is marked "STERLING". 38mm x 20mm
