Second war Prince Edward Island Light Horse cap badge in brown finished copper. The badge prominently features a rearing horse positioned over a stylized grassy island plot with three small oak saplings (derived from the Prince Edward Island provincial shield). This central design is surrounded by a circular garter or annulus. The annulus is inscribed with the unit title, "PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND LIGHT HORSE". WW2-era badge, it is surmounted by a King's Crown. Unmarked. Lugs in place.
