A beautifully engraved cigarette case to Lieutenant John Richard Palmer of the 1st CMR's. .925 silver and enamel (some very slight loss to the enamel) with gold wash interior. 1916 dated and Hallmarked to a Birmingham silversmith. For the record only, it is 125grams in weight.
