This collar badge is a First World War 77th Battalion (Ottawa), from the Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF). The badge is die-stamped brass featuring the number "77" centred within maple leaves, topped by a King's Crown with OTTAWA below. The 77th Battalion was mobilized in Ottawa in August 1915 and sailed for England in June 1916. Pin back. Maker marked R.J. Inglis
