WWI collar badge to the 103rd Battalion (Victoria, British Columbia). A die‑struck badge featuring a large maple leaf, the standard form used by many CEF battalions. A king’s crown surmounts the design. The badge was originally fitted on the reverse with two lugs for attachment to the tunic collar, but these have been replaced with a screw back which is as unusual as the gilt finish
