WW1 Cap Badge to the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada (as is; right lug missing; priced accordingly), worn by the 13th Battalion, CEF, which was formed in 1914 during the first war. The badge features an eight-pointed star (Star of the Order of the Thistle) with a central thistle wreath surrounding a St. Andrew's cross. Scrolls on the badge read "THE ROYAL HIGHLANDERS OF CANADA," "NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT," "13TH BATTALION," and "1ST CANADIAN DIVISION."
