A large and unusual patch of heavy printed sateen like material sewn to a felt backing. Unsure of what PTS represents but perhaps "pilot training school" judging by the white flash in the airman's wedge cap. Presumably just post war. Large size, 150mm x 180mm and in excellent condition, removed from a scrap book.
