A post war dagger but by a much lesser known maker. 278mm overall length with a 158mm blade, heavy cast blackened copper handle and original leather scabbard. The blade is sharp with no nicks but with staining that may be the result of some earlier light rust. The cross guard is marked "Imperial Gudedge Cutlery Co." and "Sheffield England". The leather on one side of the retaining strap is broken but the snap is still attached to the other side so it could be repaired if desired. Likely dates from the early '70's
