Ross Bayonet dated Dec. 1916 with clipped unsharpened blade in sand blasted type finish. Wooden grips stamped 10 over 18 and an inverted 3.
Scabbard matches with 1916 date and MK. 2 stamped. A large B appears on the frog reverse area with R.G. on the front. This could indicate Rear Guard as Canada took the Ross out of service in 1916 making this December made example a late production.
