1907 Ross MK.2 Bayonet with the pommel marked M.S.P. most likely indicating the Malabar Special Police with 788 stamped below it. Grips heavily oiled to a dark colour which lends itself to police issue. Needs more research. Blade has a nice mild sharpening with the standard clipped point modification. 403 stamped on the hand guard. No date of manufacture shown, just blank. 3rd time I've seen this so I guess it happened.
Scabbard is a MK.2 with a brass stud. 1916 dated but markings are very faint.
