This is a curious piece. A bullion blazer crest to a ship named Slobereign, which does not and has not existed to my knowledge. Additionally, there is a sea serpent mascot and the motto is not latin but appears to be gibberish. 90mm wide x 120mm tall. There is a sticker on the reverse that says "sample" so this is perhaps a sample to display product workmanship. It would make an interesting addition to a collection of genuine blazer badges.
