Collar badge to the 45th (Victoria) Regiment. This badge features a shield with a British flag design, topped with the number "45" and a King's crown. The unit was originally formed in 1866 as the 45th "West Durham" Battalion Infantry before becoming the 45th "Victoria" Battalion of Infantry in 1898 and the 45th Victoria Regiment in 1900. In brass, both lugs intact.
