Canadian recipients were permitted to wear the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal (CVSM) ribbon bar starting on October 22, 1943, when the medal and its ribbon were officially instituted by the Canadian government. These examples have the silver maple leaf denoting service outside of Canada.

These are handcrafted new old stock (NOS) on brass, presumably done through cottage industries in Canada and the U.K.   The price shown is for ONE ribbon bar. We have a number of these available.
