1916 Baseball Championship Medal, London Camp in .925 Sterling Silver

Not sure if the camp referred to is London, Ontario or in England. Medallion is 37mm x 45mm and weighs 19g. There is no case or chain with this medallion, however a ring for a chain is in place.
